Meet the incredible people behind Charlton House Professional Services!
Geoff Segar
Senior DAP Project Manager
In my role as Snr. DAP Project Manager at Charlton House, I am responsible for the management of all the WalkMe projects across our client portfolio. I hold a degree in Political Science, and I qualified as an SAP Consultant and Prince 2 Practitioner before gaining my accredited status as a WalkMe DAP Partner.
My area of expertise is Training Programme Management, EPSS (electronic performance support), and Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP). DAPs are leading-edge technology that ensure end-users get support where and when they need it—guidance is given within the workflow, without disrupting the business process, meaning users don’t have to stop what they are doing and launch some simulated content or refer to other training materials.
What I enjoy most about working for Charlton House is the great team of dedicated professionals that I get to work with every day. Working with clients is challenging, stimulating, and rewarding. For us, DAP is a shared journey with our clients.
In my spare time I enjoy walking the dog, running, going to the gym, and travelling (when allowed).

What I enjoy most about working for Charlton House is the consistent team focus on excellence. Working with DAP and WalkMe is being at the forefront of an industry sector focussed on delivering realisable tangible business benefits and a greater understanding of how systems are actually used versus their expectation of use.
